This has been the vision of Mitechsoft since its formation. We want to help the community. Let the community know about technology from the right perspective. IT usage should not be expensive. It should be affordable and accessible by everybody. Nobody should take the opportunity from the ignorance of other people for their personal benefits. For this reason Mitechsoft has streamlined its activities according to this approach. These were among the steps that have been taken:

(i) We made serious efforts to understand the real problems that were being faced by the customers from their own perspectives.

(ii) We give suggestion on how they can solve the problems in the cost-effective ways. Obtaining suggestions from us does not cost them a single cents.

(iii) We focused on developing products that will be needed by all organizations. Not industry specific applications.

(iv) We help the customers to solve the cases of failed projects/ underperformed projects with easy to implement, cost effective alternatives.

(v) We are continuously looking into the Open Source  products to find the best products for each types of requirements. We host these well-proven products in our servers for the use of our customers.

(vi) We introduce incentive methods to help in reducing the financial and management burden for our customers and also as an income generating tools for some.

We are hoping that we will improve further to achieve this aim, and of course we strongly feel that with your help and the help of everybody, that can be the reality soon.
